HIGH PERFORMANCE TENNIS CAMP - OXFORD / EUROPE / ASIA / USA
This is our new competitive tennis coaching camp - created especially for competitive tennis players at any age who have the goal to elevate their game to the maximum potential and compete on National or International level. We select 3 players with similar tennis level and create personalised tennis player profile for each of them - with goal setting and development periodisation, which allows the player to have a clear structured pathway of development in order to reach their maximum potential. We keep the ratio of 3 : 1 ( 3 players with one coach over 2 tennis courts.By using integrated approach of tennis coaching,we develop all the components of Adzhikov method equally during the training camp, in order to accomplish the complete tennis player.This tennis coaching program is suitable for junior tennis players preparing for college tennis or tennis players competing on the Tennis Europe and ITF World Tennis Tour Juniors as well as adults professional tennis players competing on ITF Women’s & Men’s World Tennis Tour , ATP & WTA Tour. VIDEO ANALYSIS
Maximise the efficiency and effectiveness on your tennis strokes and footwork,biomechanicly and technically via frame by frame video analysis. Braking down the swing to help the player understanding the biomechanics of each tennis stroke and analyse the technique of the movement and the footwork in the certain area on the court during the point.

RACQUET STRINGING
The game of tennis evolve day by day same as the technology to support it.The strings are the only part of the racquet that is making contact with the ball during the tennis strokes, so the quality and the conditions of the strings is essential. We use the wide range of polyester, multifilament and hybrid strings to meet every player demands.We provide tennis racquet stringing services in Oxford.

NUTRITION PLAN
Player performance on and off the courts depending of the energy level, that’s why the recovery plays vital part into the modern tennis.In order to be able to perform on the highest level during the entire training process or competition the player’s body need to be supplied with the correct amount of nutrients, vitamins ,minerals and water. The healthy balanced diet is the key for the consistent high level of performance.
